IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT OUR RETURN POLICY
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR QUALITY OR PERSONAL PREFERENCES. We check the quality of the product thrice before sending it through.
- REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AFTER INSPECTION.
- UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO INITIATE A RETURN.
Our 1-day replacement policy applies exclusively to the following scenarios:
Wrong Item Received: Must be supported with an unboxing video for verification.
Defective or Damaged Item: Must be verified through an unboxing video.
The following scenarios are NOT covered under our 1-day replacement policy:
Items that have been damaged or washed by the customer.
Items not returned in their original packaging, including the box and inserts.
Items that are no longer in their original condition.
To qualify for a replacement, the item must be in its original condition as received—unworn, unused, with all inserts, and in its original packaging.
Our team will review the unboxing video and photos provided by the customer to decide if a replacement or return is justified. The team's decision will be final.
Requests made after the 1-day replacement policy period has expired will not be accommodated by White Meow.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in cases where the product is damaged. To be eligible for a refund:
You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage.
The unboxing video must be shared with us within 1 day of receiving the product.
Refunds will be processed exclusively through the customer's net banking or UPI account.
Refund requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We appreciate your cooperation.
